Political and Constitutional Reform Committee
Between 2010 and 2015, Graham was Chair of the Political and Constitutional Reform Committee which was established in June 2010 to look at political and constitutional reform and scrutinise the work of the Deputy Prime Minister, who is responsible for this policy area.
Parliamentary committees examine proposals for legislation, scrutinise the Government and consider policy matters.11 MPs sat on the Committee, including Graham, from different political parties.
After the 2015 General Election, the Committee was scrapped by the incoming Conservative Government and it's responsbilities were spread out amongst the other committees.
